About Open Hiring

At this moment we have 5 fulltime positions available for Open Hiring. Please only send your Open Hiring application if you:

  • Are able to fulfill physical work
  • Have a strong command of the English (or Dutch) language
  • Have not been employed at Zeeman for the last 6 months

Your role as Order Picker / Warehouse Employee

In our distribution center you work together with your team on a diversity of activities. You and your team will work on unloading, distribution and loading the products for our 1.300 stores in Europe. You enjoy being active and most of all working in a fun team!

What are you going to do?

  • Loading and unloading trucks
  • Order picking
  • Preparing pick orders for shipment
  • Loading roll containers

You will be employed by Zeeman, where you can chose for stability or flexibility in hours. This means that you can work flexible hours depending on your availability. If you choose for stability (working fulltime at Zeeman) your work schedule will be as mentioned below.

In the distribution center we work in two shifts

  • Morning: 7.00 to 15.30 hours
  • Evening: 15.30 to 22.30 hours

You will work one week in the morning shift and the other week in the evening shift. This way, it’s divided in a fair way for the entire team!

  • A salary of  €1.888,83 tot €2.065,05 gross per month based on a 38 hour workweek (starting from 21 years or above).
