As a Payroll Analyst & Reporting Specialist, you will be responsible for the correct understanding of HR data and overall scrutiny of the payroll for approximately 9,000 employees in Europe. You will work together with a colleague Payroll Analyst & Payroll Specialist.
You will work with the Team Leads of the HR administration to identify the need for information and provide the right reports and insights. This may include, e.g., questions involved in estimating the workload of the department, or insights into absenteeism, employee turnover and other changes. The HR Administration consists of about 30 people divided into country teams and is managed by the HR Services Manager. These colleagues almost all work from our office in Alphen aan den Rijn, the Netherlands. You will mainly be working with the Team Leads of the various country teams. You'll identify the right needs and provide them with the right information.
In addition, you will work a lot with the Manager of HR Services, who will also keep you supplied with various issues.
